Great job with the blog but, please. #1 Timberlane deserves credit for a great season thus far, but would be middle of the pack at the very best in the MVC. They're not as good as Londonderry and aren't close to Pinkerton. Billerica's smackdown of BG says a lot about BG's 31-0 whitewash of Timberlane. #2 Pelham would not win more than one game in the MVC (not even sure who they'd beat), and #3 Georgetown would simply get mauled in the MVC.

Hector, The top four teams in your rankings are Timberlane, Georgetown, Pelham and Pinkerton. Please, with a straight face, tell me that Georgetown or Pelham would beat Pinkerton in a head to head match up. Actually Hector what would the score be in those games? No real issue with Timberlane even though your Salem argument is extremely weak.

Fellas, I'm not the only one who thought Exeter was the best team in the Granite State and Timberlane knocked them off.
Roger Brown of maxpreps told me the same thing. He knows as much about H.S. football in NH as anyone.
The owls, who KOed Exeter, had an easier time than Pinkerton did with Salem.
Sure, they probably shouldn't have dropped to fourth, but I'm at least holding a temporary grudge.
Dave Dyer had no pick on that, meaning it was an automatic loss for him. All the Astros had to do is hold the 27-7 lead and I pick up a game. Instead, they give up the lead and I lose the game. I'm not happy. Sorry, three steps back, at least temporarily.

Right on Hector, when are the Mayor and other politicians going to start to put the student athletes at Lawrence High first. It is a disgrace that they are being displaced by Central this Friday. By the way does Central pay the city to use the stadium, or the school dept. for the custodians needed inorder to open up the LHS locker rooms for Central to use when they do play at the stadium?

Are you kidding me? Timberlane with the two losses moves into #1. I wonder if Pelham could beat any of the perenial powers in the Merimack valley. Pinkertons season does not ride on Guinto. Guinto is a great back, probably the best in NH but to quote the great Coach O'Reilly "There are others", lets not lose site of the big picture. How about giving the Pinkerton O line a little love. Thanks George

P.S. could pelham beat the pinkerton J.V.?

Hector you have already upset people from Dracut and Billerica, are you tryng to do the same to the people of Derry? Please don't make a mockery of your rankings you are too good for that.
