Got to see the game yesterday the Pitcher from Andover was very overpowering. He showed a couple different pitches as well and at times the Central kids did not look like they had a chance I guess the 13 strikeouts is an indicator of that. What happened to the Walsh kid from Central did he Pitch?

Walsh pitched but struggled with his control, walking six.
I think that Walsh's six walks were an indication of an overly tight strike zone. It looked like both pitchers were getting squeezed a bit.
Again, neither was given the corners or the low strike, meaning it had to be up.

I was at the game. It looked like the Wheeler kid was jammed which led to the bat breaking and going to the opposite field. The gust carried it a long way. Andover has Central's number winning the last three handily 20-10, 10-2 and 11-4.
