Officials come into the game with a bias and it plays out in how they set the tempo of the game. Last year a CAL team played an urban school and it was a good physical game in the beginning of the game but after every play the officials were talking to the urban school kids and they became hesitant. Game turned completely around. The next week saw a CAL game with the same crew and the play was the same, not a word spoken to any player. </p>
